“Skrepka Expo 2017” breaks attendance records!
The 24th international specialized exhibition “Skrepka Expo”, that was held from 14-16 March 2017 at IEC “Crocus Expo”, proved to be an even greater success this year breaking its attendance record.
The event brought together lead specialists of the stationery industry from Russia and countries of both near and far abroad.
Over 220 participants presented their production at a 12 thousand square meter area. Among them foreign companies from Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Poland, China, Japan, Thailand, Turkey, India, Belarus and many others. More than 30 new auspicious market players participated in the exhibition for the first time!
“Skrepka Expo 2017” received a lot of positive reviews from both participants and guests. Companies appreciated the high level of organization, quality and quantity of business contacts they managed to acquire during the event. Most of the participants already plan on taking part in the next year’s exhibition, which highlights the project’s significance and its efficiency as a successful platform for signing advantageous contracts and making powerful new connections.

According to MERLION’s representatives, it was more than a successful exhibition for the company. In total more than 1000 people visited their booths! «We managed to carry out effective negotiations with our old partners, who have become our friends by now, as well as with some prospective clients, who got interested in our company’s diverse stock range», – told us the head of the stationery sales department.
The creative platform “ART SHOW”, a multi-purpose B2B and B2C project for people interested in art, dedicated to the market’s latest trends in this sector, also took place as a part of the exhibition. More than 60 enthralling master-classes and art courses from 11 companies were carried out. Over 20 contests also were in the program and about 80 creative gifts were presented by the show’s participants. Over 5000 people visited the art platform in a two-day span!
Business program of the “Skrepka Expo” exhibition always holds a special significance for professionals due to its coverage of the broad topic areas, relevant trends and the stationery industry‘s development perspectives.
The “Main Stationery Question” forum that was held on March 13 has become a dynamic start of the exhibition. The forum brought together more than 150 participants, who discussed the most relevant challenges of the market. The event’s schedule included 18 talks by chiefs from the leading companies of stationery, souvenir, toy industries and one analytical agency. Speakers summarized results of the 2016 season, made their forecasts for the next school and office seasons, discussed account receivable problems and new possibilities for regional distributors.
The conference for specialists of administrative and economic departments “Complex office service through the eyes of purveyors and big corporate buyers” was successfully held on 16 March. The event was organized by the non-profit partnership “Administrative Professionals Association” and “Skrepka Expo Project”.
Over 14 speeches were delivered by the exhibition’s participants at the presentation zone from 14-16 March, where companies presented their brands, innovations and recent designs of stationery and office supplies.
Apart from business events, the exhibition’s participants attended the “VESNA” party organized specially for them on 14 March at the Backstage restaurant, where a huge and exciting music show, quality communication and exquisite dishes awaited guests. The 13th national award ceremony in the market of office and stationery products “Zolotaya Skrepka 2017”, during which companies that managed to prove themselves the best in 2016 were awarded, was also a part of the evening.
